Executive Director, US Portfolio Analytics
Revolution Medicines
Revolution Medicines seeks an Executive Director to lead US portfolio analytics capabilities, enabling data-driven commercial decisions across the oncology company's business. Reporting to the VP of US Analytics & Insights, this leader will oversee field analytics, market access analytics, data strategy, and cross-functional dashboards while building and developing a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Define vision, operating model, and capability roadmap for US portfolio analytics
- Lead Field Analytics team on HCP segmentation, field-force sizing, and performance measurement
- Oversee Market Access Analytics supporting payer coverage, reimbursement, and patient access
- Establish data strategy, governance, and evaluation of new data sources and vendors
- Serve as strategic thought partner to US Commercial leadership on analytics priorities
Requirements
- Deep biopharma commercial analytics expertise and proven track record
- Strong business acumen and technical capabilities in data strategy
- Experience building scalable analytics capabilities in fast-growing organizations
- Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and analytics functions
- Ability to translate business priorities into integrated analytics roadmaps
