Desktop Support Specialist

Job Summary: The Desktop Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring that an organization’s computers, software, and related technology run smoothly. Duties and Responsibilities: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with hardware or software systems Consulting with users over the phone or in person to understand and troubleshoot technical issues. Document technical support procedures through ticketing system Setup and configure workstations with computers and other necessary equipment Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems Other duties as assigned.
