New Jersey Licensed Telephonic Case Manager

To support a growing team, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will collaborate with healthcare providers, employers, and injured individuals to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring a smooth return to work while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Manage case loads by assessing injured individuals and coordinating with healthcare providers to create tailored treatment plans Advocate for modifications in job duties to facilitate early return to work and evaluate treatment effectiveness Prepare status updates for clients and assist in training new staff as needed Required qualifications: Active New Jersey or Compact Nursing license (RN/LPN) in good standing Associates or bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field 2+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation URAC-recognized certification in case management is highly desired Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook Email Virtual Vocations Inc
