$86,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

• Leverage our state-of-the-art lead generation systems to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, providing expert advice and support at every step.

• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that enhance property visibility.

• Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to offer clients the most current insights.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients.

• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications:

• Must have a current North Carolina Real Estate License (SC License a plus).Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust.

• Proven track record of leveraging lead generation systems to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Ability to guide clients through the buying and selling process, providing expert advice and support.

• Experience in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance property visibility.

• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients.
