How you'll contribute As a vital member of our ER Team , you will: You’ll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing. Deliver high-quality, compassionate care tailored to individual patient needs. Use your clinical judgment and critical thinking to guide plan-of-care interventions. Support and enhance patient outcomes across various intensive care units. Be a proactive leader and innovator in patient care delivery. Work with advanced technologies and resources that empower exceptional care. What we’re looking for To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements: Current RN license in the state of North Carolina (or compact license) Minimum Two (2) years of RN experience required.
