A day in the life of a Team Member:
- Deliver great customer service with a friendly attitude
- Prepare and serve quality food with urgency and accuracy
- Take orders (in-person and phone) and ensure they are correct
- Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work as part of a team to keep shifts running smoothly
Team Members are required to have:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Willingness to complete training and learn multiple roles
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who's willing to jump in and help where needed
