Chick-fil-A Restaurant Manager

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced manager to lead our team and contribute to the success of our Chick-fil-A restaurant on Bryant Blvd and 23rd St.

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused manager to oversee the operations and customer experience of our Chick-fil-A restaurant. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to Chick-fil-A's high standard. As a manager, you will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering outstanding service to our guests. Please review the requirements before applying.

Work within the management teams in pursuit of excellence in back of house, front of room, and drive thru operations. Specifically, this role is an ambassador, leader, and fundamental component to ensure restaurant success in the following areas:

· Restaurant operations

· Leadership and people development

· Fulfillment of vision and service model in all areas of supervision

General responsibilities:

· Support a restaurant culture with team members and leaders with a growth mindset. A culture of product knowledge, responsibility, enthusiasm, and generosity. Incorporate this into training, continuous development, communication, and everyday culture.

· Oversee and execute daily operational execution of objectives (Sales, Customer Experience, Food Safety). This includes daily position work in operations and shift leadership for both front desk and back of house teams.

· Provide guidance and support to ensure smooth operations

· Keep the vision aligned with the operator and management team.

· Ensure management systems are executed throughout the restaurant.

· Develop leaders so that they operate as a motivated and high-performing team that embodies the vision of the business.

· Be intentional in performing daily goal setting and performance feedback to all team members and leaders in all Chick-fil-A processes and procedures.

Requirements needed to apply:

· Minimum 2 years of experience as a leader in restaurant operations

· Minimum 2 years of management experience

· Must be available to work 40 hours a week

· Open availability required

· Must be available to open/close 3 times a week

· Must be available to work 2-3 weekends a month

· This person must be self-driven and highly organized.

· Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· This person must master all knowledge and skills of each position in the restaurant (Front Desk and Back of House)

· Must execute and teach the Chick-fil-A standard of "Core 4"
