Overview: We are seeking friendly and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Tasting Room Associate. As a Tasting Room Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and wine education to our guests. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for wine and hospitality. *We are NOT hiring for weekday positions at this time. *Availability of a minimum of two Saturdays a month required. *Must be able to lift 35lbs. *Must be able to stand for lengthy periods of time. *Must provide previous employment references. *Please do not apply if you do not meet the above requirements. Duties: Provide excellent customer service to customers Pour and be able to explain wines to customers Restock wines and supplies Serve and help prepare light food menu to customers Light cleaning duties Conduct sales using our point of sale system Assist with events Perform other duties as assigned Skills: Strong customer service skills required Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is a plus Experience in wine or hospitality industry is a plus Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Must be able to multi-task and work well with others Must have basic computer skills Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Ability to Commute: Mount Jackson, VA 22842 (Required) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
