We are seeking a motivated BCBA to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children ages 0-18. Services include individual therapy, group/social skills training, and educational placement support.

We are seeking a motivated BCBA to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children ages 0-18. Services include individual therapy, group/social skills training, and educational placement support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct direct and indirect behavioral assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Attend treatment team meetings, IEP/ISP meetings, and insurance reviews
- Provide supervision, training, and support to staff and caregivers
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Complete documentation and maintain compliance with professional standards
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential (or enrolled in coursework toward certification)
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience working with children with special needs, including autism
- Preferred: 1+ year of experience supervising or training staff
- Free supervision for qualifying candidates
- Free CEUs and ongoing paid training
