• Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipments
• Records shipment data, including weight, charges and space availability
• Receives and unpacks materials and supplies
• Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursements and record- keeping purposes.
• Completes shipping and receiving reports
• Has knowledge of commonly and used concepts, practices and procedures with a particular field
• Relies on instruction sand pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
• Reports to the facility operations Manager

Qualifications:

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years experience
• Experience working in a shipping and receiving environment preferred
• Working knowledge of SAP preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft office (WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK AND POWER POINT)
• Must have general PC skills including email, internet and data entry
• Must be able to operate a forklift, vertical circular saw and liquid filled foam packaging
• Must be organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment working independently with little or no direction
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crawl, reach, and handle parts and equipment
• Must be able to lift and transfer at least 35 pounds without difficulty
• Willingness to learn and work both in a dirty warehouse environment and in a front office
