Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Arlington Heights, Illinois.

Job Description & Requirements

Experience Requirements: EPIC Charting, 2+ years of strong Med/Surg. Neuro preferred. License/ Certification Requirements: IL License, BLS, NIHSS Floating Requirements: As Needed to other MS units Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend

Nurse/Patient ratio 1/5 or 1/6. Neuro patient population including but not limited to stroke patients, neurosurgical patients ( Spine, cranial, and ENT), seizure patients etc.
