Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED Strong communication and teamwork abilities Reliable, eager to learn, and adaptable Background check, valid driver's license, and work authorization in the U.S. Bonus skills include dental assisting certification and bilingual abilities (Spanish/English), but these are not mandatory.
