Construction Worker

Join our team as a Construction worker supporting demolition and cleanup on commercial building projects, with a focus on school renovations this summer.

• Perform demolition: remove walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, and mechanical systems.
• Carry and dispose of debris into dumpsters.
• Use hand tools, shovels, and brooms to break down and clean materials.
• Travel between multiple job sites with reliable transportation.
• Stay active on your feet all day in hot, demanding conditions.
• Follow safety rules and site lead instructions.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
• Experience with manual labor or demolition.
• Comfortable working in heat and physically demanding environments.
• Own steel toe boots and have reliable transportation.

• Opportunity to extend employment beyond summer.
• Clear path to grow into leadership roles like foreperson or crew lead.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warren, MI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
