This position is responsible for achieving individual sales goals utilizing the Company's sales techniques. Qualifications Qualified applicants are required to possess 2-3 years of direct sales experience involving high-end products or services. Proven individual sales experience as a top producer. Basic understanding of the retirement industry and continuing care concepts is preferred. Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable. Additional Requirements Include Ability to understand and communicate a complex product and effectively address questions and concerns during the sales process. Requires excellent organization, communication and follow-through skills. Upbeat, positive, flexible, team player with an enthusiastic personality and a high regard for integrity. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, REPS preferred. This position requires compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process.
