Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to foster a positive and effective care environment
- Assist in overseeing daily nursing operations within the facility
- Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care in compliance with federal and Wisconsin state regulations
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Support implementation of best practices and continuous improvements in clinical care
- Assist the Director of Nursing with staffing, training, and performance management initiatives
- Help maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
- Active LPN or RN license in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
