Traveling Teller (20 Hour) - Richfield, Ephraim, Manti, Salina

Retail Support is a department of traveling tellers and bankers who support Zions Bank branches throughout their geographical area in case of absenteeism. This position offers an opportunity to gain a large skill set in the fundamentals of banking while also providing networking opportunities. Our mission is to support our branches and help them to fulfill strategic objectives and carry out Zions Bank’s company vision. Minimum pay is $17 and an hour. Responsibilities Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record. Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services, which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activating ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc. Resolve clients' problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources. Identify and maximize cross‑sell opportunities through exploring needs. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent plus some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience. Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking. Solid balancing and customer service skills; ability to cross‑sell bank products based on clients’ needs. Experience selling products and services based on customer needs preferred. Location Retail Support covers a geographical area. Mileage reimbursements are provided whenever an employee travels over 25 miles round‑trip from their home.
