Key Qualifications:

• Experience working in a school as a Paraprofessional or similar supportive role
• Familiarity with special education needs and individualized learning plans
• Understanding and applied use of ABA principles in an educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for helping students reach their full potential

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students requiring intensive academic and behavioral support
• Assist certified teachers in developing and delivering tailored instructional activities
• Implement individualized education programs by using ABA strategies
• Collect behavioral data and document student progress under supervision
• Encourage student independence and foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment
• Support daily classroom routines and assist with accommodations as needed

This contract position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, totaling 32.5 hours each week, providing clear structure and the ability to make a noticeable impact every day.
