Senior Director - Head of Enterprise BI (Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, GenAI)

Capgemini is looking for a Senior Director to lead our Enterprise BI Practice , driving growth across Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Generative AI–powered analytics . This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building and scaling a modern BI practice—combining deep data/analytics expertise with client engagement and go-to-market leadership . You’ll partner with enterprise clients to shape and deliver next-generation BI strategies , while growing a high-performing team and expanding our footprint across industries. What You’ll Do Lead and scale the Enterprise BI / Power BI / GenAI practice Define and execute BI and analytics strategy across key clients Drive Power BI modernization and enterprise BI transformation programs Embed GenAI into BI ecosystems (NLQ, conversational BI, AI-driven insights) Own and support pipeline growth, pre-sales, and large deal pursuits Partner with clients in workshops, solutioning, and executive conversations Build reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices Lead and mentor teams of architects and delivery leaders What We’re Looking For 18+ years in Data, Analytics, or Business Intelligence Proven experience leading or scaling a BI / Analytics practice or COE Strong expertise in Power BI (enterprise scale) and Microsoft data ecosystem (Fabric, Azure, Synapse) Experience with enterprise BI platforms (Tableau, Cognos, MicroStrategy, etc.) Background in data modeling, BI architecture, and semantic layers Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and client engagement Strong track record of driving growth, pipeline, or revenue contribution Preferred Experience with Snowflake, Databricks Exposure to Generative AI / Copilot / LLM use cases in analytics Consulting or IT services background Why Join Capgemini Lead a strategic, high-growth capability at scale Work at the forefront of AI-driven analytics and BI transformation Partner with leading enterprise clients on high-impact initiatives Build and shape the future of GenAI-enabled BI solutions About Capgemini: Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
