About the Role:

Join Seal-Pac as a Local Driver & Warehouse Operations team member in Baytown, TX, where you will play a key role in our logistics and distribution processes. This exciting position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while ensuring timely delivery and efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate company vehicles to deliver products to local customers safely and efficiently.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods at the warehouse and customer locations.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
• Manage inventory and assist with stock organization in the warehouse.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients during deliveries.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in driving and warehouse operations is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in transportation.
