Hours:

• Approximately 7 hours per week

Duties:

Front Desk & Customer Service

• Greet patients, students, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Check patients in and out using clinic systems and established procedures.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide basic clinic information.
• Assist patients with intake forms, documentation, and general inquiries.

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with clinic policies.
• Collect and process payments or visit documentation as required.
• Support clinic staff and student interns with administrative tasks.
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.

Clinic Operations

• Coordinate patient flow with student and supervisors.
• Monitor the waiting area and ensure patients are informed of wait times or delays.
• Follow clinic protocols to support a safe and efficient environment.
• Assist with closing procedures at the end of the Saturday clinic shift.

Requirements:

• Eligible for work study employment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and punctual, especially for Saturday shifts (Hours are 7:45 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.)
• Basic computer skills (e.g., scheduling systems, email).
