This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and effective communication abilities. Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans that outline timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Team Leadership: Manage a diverse team of contractors, subcontractors, and laborers, providing direction and support to ensure smooth project execution. Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open lines of communication to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction. Quality Control: Monitor work quality and compliance with industry regulations and safety standards to ensure projects meet both client expectations and legal requirements. Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring that projects remain financially viable through effective resource management. Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve issues that arise during the reconstruction process, employing creative solutions to minimize disruptions. Essential Skills and Qualifications Experience in Restoration: A solid background in construction or restoration, with a deep understanding of building materials, techniques, and industry standards. Project Management Certification: Credentials such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly beneficial. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders across various levels. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
