CustodianWitco is looking for a Custodial Worker for our commercial contracts program.This role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining local business and State Buildings in Canyon or Ada County. Thus, individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply.Core Duties And ResponsibilitiesPerforms labor associated with custodial services.Duties include performance of custodial duties including but not limited to collecting and deposing of garbage, vacuuming, mopping, buffing, waxing floors, dusting, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchen areas and appliances, window and glass cleaning.Maintain outside grounds picking up debris work such as trimming, raking, weed pulling, sweeping of sidewalks, picking up debris around the property. Snow removal or application of ice melt in winter months.Must be able to complete duties within hours scheduled.Perform quality work that meets or exceeds customer expectations.Comply with all safety guidelines.RequirementsMust be able to provide documentation of a disability from a professional or government source.Only individuals with disabilities will be considered for this position.Preferred QualificationsPrior Custodial ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GEDAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.
