Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a positive and trusting rapport with clients through active listening and empathetic engagement.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, adapting techniques to fit each patient's current situation and therapy goals.

• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-up meetings, providing support, encouragement, and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, to guide sessions and improve patient outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of treatment activities using our practice management software, ensuring all patient records are current and compliant with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with specialists when necessary to facilitate a multidisciplinary approach to treatment, referring clients for additional care as indicated.

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current LMFT license is essential.
