Registered Nurse

This role involves providing care to a diverse patient population within a medical surgical unit. The facility has a 44-bed capacity with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:6. The patient population served includes individuals of all ages. Required certifications must be obtained prior to starting the position. Candidates should have experience in a similar medical surgical setting. Professional demeanor is essential for interaction with patients and team members. The position may require floating to other areas as needed. Candidates must adhere to the dress code, which allows for any scrub color and prohibits casual wear and hoodies. This position involves being on-call as needed, with a requirement to arrive within 30 minutes if called in. Common diagnoses and treatments encountered in this specialty area include a variety of medical and surgical conditions.
