USI Insurance Services is seeking recent graduates for an 18-month Employee Benefits Career Track Program in Seattle. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting account teams, handling client requests, and learning how employee benefits are managed day-to-day. The program includes mentorship, cross-functional exposure, and opportunities to participate in networking and USI Gives Back community initiatives.
