Shift Manager Trainee

Shift Manager Trainee McDonald’s® company‑owned and independent owner‑operator restaurants are looking for energetic, driven high school students with relevant work experience (preferably in the quick service restaurant industry) interested in training to become a shift manager. This position is ideal for students who may attend college locally and would like to continue working as a shift manager. Shift managers in good standing are eligible for tuition assistance of up to $3,000 per year to support their college education. As a Shift Manager, you will lead weekly shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. You will provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness, monitor performance, enforce safety and security, and help achieve profitability targets.
