What’s most rewarding is the impact our plants create and how happy our clients feel once our work is complete!” Departments & Positions HORTICULTURAL TECHNICIAN Horticultural Technicians make up the front line of our customer-facing team and have the most direct influence on the care of our plant designs and the quality of service we provide to our clients. INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN We are creating NEW environments where people THRIVE daily, and our installations department oversees the build-up, delivery, and initial IMPACT of new environment designs. BRANCH MANAGER Branch Managers oversee the quality and efficiency of horticultural services, including team performance, training, inventory management, and customer care routing and scheduling. They also lead Account Executives and Design & Sales teams to drive customer retention, revenue growth, and a consistent customer experience across every touchpoint. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE AE’s are responsible for the overall success and development of our relationships with our customers. AE’s oversee installations and quality of service in our accounts while focusing on additional sales and redesign opportunities. DESIGN & SALES Our Design & Sales team creates the vision and sets the stage for a successful plant program design by specifying the right plants for the environmental conditions and pairing decorative containers to complement client interior finishes. Are you a hands-on problem-solver who enjoys bringing beautiful spaces to life? Join our team as a Horticultural Installation Technician! In this role, you will be a key player in creating stunning indoor and outdoor environments for our clients. You'll work with a team to prepare, deliver, and install a variety of horticultural products and seasonal décor. Your work is what turns a vision into a vibrant, green reality. What You'll Do Prepare & Deliver: Receive, clean, and prepare plants and décor for client installations. Install with Precision: Safely load, transport, and install horticultural products at client sites. Maintain Our Fleet: Assist with company vehicle maintenance, including washing and general care. Keep It Stocked: Manage and maintain installation kits and supplies. Friendly & Professional: Communicate with clients in a professional manner and assist the supervisor with any account concerns. What You'll Bring Physical Strength: Capable of lifting 50-75 lb. plants and containers throughout the day. Dexterity & Skill: Able to climb ladders and have good use of both hands to use small tools like pruners, saws, and sprayers. Safety First: A valid driver's license and excellent driving record to operate a company vehicle. Attention to Detail: Ability to properly document work orders and time sheets. Reliability: Timely arrival each day, ready to report to work. Physical Requirements This is strenuous work requiring good vision, hearing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and lifting.
