Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $50/hr
Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in York, Jersey Shore, and Chambersburg, PA. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication and swallowing needs
• Provide therapy and intervention services to improve patients' speech and language skills
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on speech and language disorders and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• State licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably working with patients with speech and language disorders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy
