Shifts: Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm

Position Summary:


We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mammography Technologist to join our radiology team. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammograms, ensure patient comfort and safety, and comply with all regulatory requirements. This role plays a vital part in early breast cancer detection and patient education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammographic exams in accordance with ACR and MQSA standards.
• Practice safe procedures and adhere to radiation safety measures.
• Perform screening mammograms based on proper procedures.
• Produce high-quality images for the radiologist to evaluate.
• Operate mammography equipment.
  Skills- Abilities:
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
• Knowledge and correct usage of medical terminology.
• Clinical knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and pathology for mammography procedures.
• Ability to navigate and effectively use EMR and Penrad systems.

Education & Experience:

• Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• AART (M) Certification required.
