Outside Sales Engineer - Commercial HVAC

Conley Sales, you’ll do more than sell equipment—you’ll help customers solve real HVAC challenges while owning projects from bid to completion. This is a high-impact role with autonomy, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to build relationships across the region. What You’ll Do: Manage HVAC projects from quote to close Build relationships with engineers, contractors, and owners Develop system selections, bids, and technical solutions Coordinate with internal teams to keep projects moving Help customers make informed equipment and design decisions What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience Strong understanding of HVAC systems and applications Organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects Strong communication and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree preferred (Mechanical Engineering or related field) Why Join Us: $80K–$130K base + commission Health insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, and paid training Backed by the Meriton network with local support and national reach If you’re looking for a role where you can take ownership, grow your career, and live in one of the most beautiful regions in the country, we’d love to connect.
