Duration: 12 monthsQualities: fast learner, adaptive to a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, detail oriented (must have due to compliance tasks), active listener, good information gatheringSkills: stakeholder communication (verbal/written), issue/risk management/escalation, data analysis (excel required, PowerBI nice to have), documentation development, task management, cross-team collaboration, SAP experience nice to have, Azure Dev Ops experience nice to haveTasks:Support Trade team in maintaining the integrity of three different systems (two SAP UI types and custom web app)Execute end-to-end quality control based on the guidelines and timelines established by Client, which includes following up with task owners, monitoring SLAs, ageing, and flagging with trade team membersAssist in adhoc reporting and data analysisManage/groom Trade screening and Trade Program risksSupport trade managers in rhythm of business, documentation, Business reviews, and creating artifacts such as decks, spreadsheets, reports, etc.Support SOX Controls, operational controls, and audit activitiesWork with cross-team partners in Trade projectsSupport trade partners in process oversight and tool enhancement activities Partner teams include PMO, Operations, Engineering
