Build loyalty by engaging authentically and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions. Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real-time feedback and guidance to help the team hit KPIs. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Strong communication skills in written and verbal form. Charisma and ability to connect with people at all levels. Analytical thinking and business acumen to deliver positive results. Excellent time‑management skills, setting priorities and delegating tasks. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems. Minimum age 18, with proof of eligibility to work. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays; able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, arrive on time. Benefits & Compensation Salary: $17.45 – $21.85 per hour, commensurate with experience. Base salary plus bonus opportunities. 401K plan.
