- Trauma Level: Facility 1 & 2 are Level 2; Facility 3 is not a trauma center

- Support Staff Available: ED and inpatient staff
- Reason for Coverage: Community call support
- Hospital Privileges Required: Yes (at all 3 locations)
- Temporary Privileges Available: Yes
- Rate: TBD
- Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered REQUIRED PROCEDURES:
- ENT-type emergency surgeries
- Licenses: NY license
- Board: Board Certified
- DEA: Required
- Experience: Minimum 3 years; must manage call for 3 hospitals
- Other Qualifications: Must be credentialed at the 3 locations
- Provide ENT call coverage at 3 hospitals
- Handle ED and inpatient consults
- No supervision of APPs or residents required
