Orthopedic Intake Specialist – Front Office -- Full-Time

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our front office team! This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a critical role in creating a positive, efficient experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Verify patient demographics, insurance, and required documentation
• Collect copays, self-pay deposits, and outstanding balances
• Ensure all intake forms and consents are completed accurately
• Support scheduling and coordinate patient flow
• Maintain accurate and organized medical records
• Assist with administrative tasks and front office operations

What We're Looking For:

• Prior front desk or healthcare reception experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, EMR systems)
