RN Case ManagerTennessee Quality Care Hospice is seeking an RN Case Manager to join their growing team in Waynesboro. This field-based position is responsible for managing a caseload of patients, providing therapeutic nursing, coordinating care, and supporting patients and their families in the comfort of their homes.Territory: Waynesboro, TN and surrounding countiesSchedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours. Intermittent weekend hours as needed.
