Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) strongly preferred
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Detail-oriented with solid documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with a range of communication disorders
• Provide direct therapy services both individually and in small groups
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation, meeting all compliance standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers and support staff
• Offer education and support to families and classroom staff for optimal student progress
