We are now excited to commence the search for an Bar Production Specialist to support our bar team in ensuring world class cocktails and service for every guest whilst adhering to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Ingredient Preparation: Crafting syrups, infusions, and other essential components for cocktails.

• Inventory Management: Ensuring all necessary ingredients and supplies are stocked and organized.

• Quality Control: Maintaining consistency and quality

• Collaboration: Working closely with bartenders and the bar management team to develop and refine bar operations

To be considered for the role you will have:

• Prior experience in a premium bar, in a role focused on preparation and production.

• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of flavour profiles.

• Familiarity with various preparation techniques and preservation methods

• Knowledge of New York Health and Safety requirements
