Senior Legal Counsel, Brand Strategy & Partnerships

IMG LIVE is seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join its Legal and Business Affairs team in New York, NY. This position will support the Brand Strategy division and report to the Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel.
The ideal candidate will have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, active membership in the New York State Bar, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in entertainment or media. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex agreements and providing strategic legal guidance.
