Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient - 5x8 Days

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist licensed in or pursuing licensure in Tennessee to work in the Outpatient specialty.

This is a 5‑hour per day contract position requiring 5×8 days. The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the organization’s vision, values, mission, and critical goals into daily performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year recent experience as a Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient settings.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee.
