Senior Accountant

firstPRO 360 is assisting our client in the Buford, GA area seeking a Sr. Accountant. The ideal candidate will have strong general ledger experience and support the month end close. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the general ledger activities for multiple locations. Lead month end and year end close process, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statements preparation. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts and intercompany transactions across locations Support budgeting and forecasting for locations. Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes Research and analyze expense variances for company management Qualifications 5+ years' of professional accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial modeling). Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
