What Youll Be Doing

• Dispatch electrical and HVAC technicians based on skillset, location, and job type
• Manage and adjust schedules throughout the day to maximize productivity
• Coordinate closely with CSRs and field technicians to keep jobs flowing smoothly
• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding scheduling and appointment changes
• Keep accurate job notes and scheduling records in the CRM
• Help prioritize urgent calls and solve scheduling challenges in real time
• Support office operations and contribute to overall team success

What Theyre Looking For

• Dispatching, scheduling, or coordination experience (12+ years preferred)
• Home services/trades exposure is a plus (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• ServiceTitan or similar CRM experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking ability
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable making decisions and adjusting priorities quickly
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and improve
