Our unique concept delivers a combination of spin, strength, and yoga in every 60-minute session, and is designed to help improve your endurance, strength, and flexibility.Position SummaryA SPENGA Front Desk Manager is a positive, energetic and efficient individual who is highly motivated and goal-oriented. Our FDMs book prospects, follow up on lead generation, achieve and surpass sales goals and help grow our studio. FDMs help manage the studio and welcome and care for our members. We are currently looking for someone with flexible hours to work opening/daytime shifts (5:30am start time), with some options of closing shifts and weekends. We are a team-centric environment, where everyone pitches in on all fronts - bring your enthusiasm and energy and come help us deliver a fantastic member experience!QualificationsExcellent customer service and sales skillsPrevious sales and/or management experience; preferably high end goods or servicesStrong leadership skillsWillingness to learnMotivation and driveExperience with the MindBody platform is a HUGE plus!Experience and/or knowledge in personal training, group training, spin and yoga are a plusSocial media skills a plusWe are a great team ready to grow to continue to provide the best possible environment and experience for our members.
