- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Production scheduling experience
- Knowledge of quality and safety practices
- Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach
- Experience working in a regulated food/feed manufacturing environment
- Full-time, first-shift position
- $75,000-$90,000 salary
