As our business scales up, we are looking for a reliable, sharp, and physically fit Warehouse Specialist / Delivery Driver to join our team in North Chelmsford. What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

Delivery Operations (The Road)

• City Driving: Safely and responsibly operate company delivery vehicles to transport our event tech to major venues in Boston and NYC.
• Customer Facing: Act as the professional face of Veloxity. You will verify delivery contents with clients on-site and provide top-tier customer service.
• Route Logistics: Plan efficient routes, strictly adhere to delivery schedules, and meet event deadlines.
• Vehicle Care: Keep our company delivery vehicles clean, fueled, and in safe, working condition.

Warehouse Operations (The Base)

• Order Prep: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare custom event tech orders for shipment with meticulous attention to detail (our tech ships in custom road cases on wheels).
• Inventory Control: Track equipment, unpack incoming deliveries quickly, and participate in regular stock counts.
• Facility Ownership: Keep our North Chelmsford warehouse clean, safe, organized, and running like a well-oiled machine.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• Location: You must live locally in or around the Chelmsford, MA area.
• Driving Record: A valid driver’s license with an exceptionally clean driving record (little to no traffic citations, and zero recent accidents). Comfort driving larger delivery vehicles into metro areas is a must.
• Physical Fitness: This is an active role. You must be able to safely lift, push, and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs (our gear is rugged and built with solid steel frames).
• Flexibility: The event world doesn’t just happen Monday through Friday. You must be flexible to work occasional overtime and weekends when a big event schedule demands it.
• Reliability: A high school diploma or equivalent, a strong work ethic, and the ability to pass a mandatory drug screening at the start of employment (and randomly in the future).
• Background: Previous experience in a warehouse setting or as a delivery driver is a massive plus, but an excellent attitude and strong time-management skills matter most.
