Client Success Advisor

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Client Success Advisor to work with a large enterprise team, supporting ongoing work efforts including cost-optimization and process/product improvements. The Client Success Advisor will be responsible for managing client relationships and the delivery of IT products, ensuring successful delivery, audit readiness and client satisfaction. Duties: Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to build and maintain relationships, assisting in defining requirements and establishing expectations for business units, technical teams and service/production groups. Serve as a liaison between the client and IT teams, providing recommendations and updates throughout the delivery lifecycle. Monitor work requests and workflows to ensure delivery milestones and timelines can be met, escalating efforts as needed. Develop SLA metrics based on client and business requirements, work with the technical teams during development and critical incidents to ensure SLAs can be met. Support client budgets to identify any cost optimization or product improvement opportunities, guiding the client through options available. Develop training and product support documentation for training teams. Qualifications: Strong experience in developing client relationships and communications through product development and delivery. Experience working for enterprise clients and delivery management.
