About the Role

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe , you will provide top-notch care and support to our clients in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADL's) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing medication reminders and management
• Preparing meals and snacks
• Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry
• Encouraging socialization and engaging in activities that promote overall well-being
• Maintaining accurate records of care and communication with clients and families

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 6+ months of experience as a caregiver or related field
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
• Reliable/Insured transportation and valid driver's license
• Passion for providing compassionate care and support
