REQUIREMENTS
* Must be at least 16 years of age.
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Must be reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to scheduled shifts.
* Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
* Must be able to provide friendly, enthusiastic, and professional customer service.
* Must be comfortable working as part of a team and communicating effectively with coworkers and customers.
* Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, lift, and move throughout the stand during a shift.
* Must be able to safely handle beverage equipment, supplies, and cleaning materials after completing required training.
* Must be willing to learn and follow 7 Brew recipes, procedures, safety standards, and operational expectations.
* Previous food service, restaurant, coffee, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
* Must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace and be able to consistently report to scheduled shifts on time.
