Senior Preconstruction Lead - Government Construction

You will collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and operations to secure profitable new work. You will supervise the preconstruction team, develop pursuit strategies, review plans and specs, perform quantity surveys, and manage risk from pursuit through award and turnover.
