We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support multiple large-scale IT initiatives and cross-functional workstreams. This role will focus heavily on project coordination, dependency management, stakeholder communication, action tracking, status reporting, and keeping project activities aligned across multiple teams and locations .

The ideal candidate is a highly organized Technical Project Manager who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate companion workstreams, identify risks and dependencies, drive follow-ups, and communicate effectively with project leadership and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple IT project workstreams supporting large enterprise initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, action items, status reports, and project documentation .
• Track project activities, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams, offices, and geographic locations .
• Maintain regular communication with project managers, project leadership, technical teams, business stakeholders, and other participating groups.
• Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, status meetings, and follow-up activities.
• Monitor project progress and identify delays, gaps, risks, dependencies, and conflicting priorities .
• Escalate issues appropriately and help drive action items toward resolution.
• Ensure project information and coordination materials remain accurate and up to date.
• Support IT project activities from initiation through completion .
• Provide project coordination support across additional IT initiatives as needed.
• Help ensure activities remain aligned with overall project objectives, timelines, and requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Project Manager, or Technical Project Coordinator .
• Experience supporting large-scale IT projects, programs, implementations, or enterprise technology initiatives .
• Strong experience with project coordination, project tracking, schedules, and action-item management .
• Hands-on experience with dependency, risk, and issue management .
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams, offices, locations, or functional groups .
• Experience preparing or maintaining status reports, project plans, meeting notes, action logs, and project documentation .
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines .
• Ability to identify project issues and dependencies early and appropriately escalate them.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with project leadership.
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Houston, TX .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an enterprise technology environment .
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent IT initiatives.
• Familiarity with common IT project management, collaboration, scheduling, and reporting tools .
• Experience working with distributed or geographically dispersed project teams.
• Formal project management certification such as PMP is a plus.
