Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team, who will develop, execute, and track brand campaigns across various channels. Milky is a rapidly growing startup, which means the landscape shifts constantly and the responsibilities evolve with the business. We are seeking someone who is energized by dynamic environments and thrives when managing multiple projects and priorities. The core responsibilities of this role are diverse and include creative development, project management, media buying, website management, social media, and testing/reporting. What You'll be Doing: CAMPAIGN EXECUTION: Build, deploy, and monitor campaigns across email, social, paid media, and web. Collaborate closely with our Director of Marketing to review performance and implement creative feedback. GENERAL MARKETING SUPPORT: Provide adaptable, hands-on support across a variety of marketing projects as needed. This may include standing up new channels, managing creator partnerships, updating Shopify, or coordinating seasonal campaigns. CONTENT DEVELOPMENT & COORDINATION: Draft and edit marketing copy and assets, working closely with our Graphic Designer. Coordinate creative asset needs and track progress via project management tools. DIGITAL MARKETING: Manage and optimize paid search, paid social, and SEO initiatives. Adjust targeting, bids, creative rotation, and landing pages to drive performance. SOCIAL MEDIA: Manage social media content, engagement, and community interactions on Instagram and TikTok. ANALYTICS & REPORTING: Track campaign performance, run A/B tests, analyze platform and channel data, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. COLLABORATION: Work closely with our Director of Marketing, Graphic Designer, CEO, and external creators to ensure clear alignment and consistent execution across channels. What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of experience in marketing, creative development, or analytics, ideally in a CPG, startup, or e-commerce environment Demonstrated experience leading marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including creative development, execution, and reporting Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including brand strategy, consumer insights, and performance metrics Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Excited by the idea of working on a variety of projects with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. Hybrid analytical and creative mindset. Ability to understand and interpret metrics and make creative choices based on data. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and take creative direction when needed. Highly organized and able to manage multiple creative and operational priorities.
